1. Tell us what you need
Enter your ZIP, pick a category, describe the job. We'll instantly show you verified pros in your area, ranked by tier, rating, and distance.
2. Chat & confirm a quote
Message pros directly. Compare quotes. See verified license badges, real reviews, and background-check status. When you've picked the right one, accept their quote.
3. Pay into escrow
Your card is authorized — but not charged — when the pro accepts. Funds are held safely until you confirm the work is done. If something goes wrong, our dispute team mediates.
4. Confirm & release
Pro uploads after-photos when finished. You have 48 hours to confirm or open a dispute. Confirm? Funds release immediately. Don't respond? Funds auto-release at 48h. Disputed? We hold funds and review evidence.
